Restrictions:
Payment must be received before registration is confirmed.
If for any reason you cannot attend, you may transfer to any class offered by the Indiana Restaurant & Lodging Association at no additional fee once without penalty.
Rescheduling three times without attending will result in forfeiture of payment.
You may also assign the registration to another individual. There is a 10% administrative fee for refunds. |

Exam CANNOT be taken at home with Online Course.
Exam must be given by a registered ServSafe proctor.
