Shell Egg Salmonella Outbreak [Updated]
The recent nationwide shell egg outbreak has received considerable attention. Eggs affected by the expanded recall were distributed to food wholesalers, distribution centers and foodservice companies in California, Arizona, Missouri, Minnesota, Texas, Georgia, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Iowa, Illinois, Utah, Nebraska, Arkansas, Wisconsin and Oklahoma.
360 Services cleans up another major award
Indiana Restaurant Association member, 360 Services, has been recognized as one of the 2010 Indiana Companies to Watch, an awards program presented by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, its Small Business Development Center network, Purdue University and the Edward Lowe Foundation.
Oakley's Bistro Awarded for Excellence
The American Culinary Federation awarded Oakleys Bistro one of eight 2010 Achievement of Excellence Awards. Past winners include The French Laundry in Yountville, California, and Charlie Trotters in Chicago.
